Wobbi is operated by AIGC Generative Software Private Limited (“Wobbi”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. This website and our services

This website introduces Wobbi, provides company information and allows you to contact us. It does not currently offer purchases, subscriptions or a payment checkout.

If we make a service available, its description, eligibility, charges and any additional terms will be provided before you agree to use or purchase it. A separate written agreement may apply to a business engagement. Public statements about our philosophy are not a promise that a particular product or feature will be released.

3. Responsible use

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its security or operation, gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or use it to send unlawful or abusive material.

The imagery on this website is conceptual brand imagery and does not represent products currently offered for sale.

5. Charges and transactions

There is no charge to browse this website. If paid services become available, the applicable price in Indian Rupees (INR), taxes, delivery or access terms, and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before payment. We will not enrol you in a paid subscription without your authorisation.

Transaction-specific terms and our payment information, refunds and cancellations policy, and delivery and access policy will apply as relevant. Nothing in these terms creates an entitlement to a payment from Wobbi.

6. Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and communications. Links to external services, if present, are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Availability and responsibility
